Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).


UK Delivery Times

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within:

7–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • supplier location

  • customs processing

  • courier delays

  • weather disruption

  • peak periods (e.g. Christmas)


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and must be paid in full before your order is dispatched.


Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for most orders. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent by email.

Split Shipments

Items from the same order may be shipped separately at no extra cost.


Delivery Details & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery information at checkout.

We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Delays / Lost Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.


International Orders

For international orders, any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
